UNICEF is looking for young visionaries and changemakers who are between 15  and 25 years old, driven to transform the education space, and advocate for the rights and well-being of children—both today and for future generations.

 Interest/Experience: Demonstrated interest in education, research, youth engagement, and/or advocacy. Experience in facilitation, workshop delivery, STEAM, or advocacy campaigns is a plus.

Why Apply? 

As a UNICEF Youth Foresight Fellow, you will:

  • Be part of a global network of youth advocates and leaders.
  • Gain hands-on experience in child rights, foresight research, youth engagement, and advocacy.
  • Contribute to shaping education and child rights discussions on a global stage, including the Leading Minds Conference.
  • Will receive a stipend for work and contributions during the fellowship period.

🎨 We’re accepting creative submission which allows you to demonstrate your vision of the future as part of the application process. The content could be submitted in a form of short story, video, poem, song, visual art and/or any other expressive methods of your choice.


🕒 Commitment: Availability to dedicate 7–10 hours per week from January to September 2025.

🛠️ Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal); proficiency in English is required, with additional UN languages as a bonus.

 🌍 Residency: Applicants must reside in one of the following countries: Algeria, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Senegal, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritania, Ecuador, Haiti, or the USA.
