Minimum requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Rights, Education, Psychology, Law, UNICEF International Relations, Social Work, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Communication, or another relevant field.

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of field experience in humanitarian or emergency UNICEF response with focus on education and/or child protection interventions is key. Minimum 2 years of experience in articulating with state and municipal governments and civil society organizations is needed.
Skills:
Solid knowledge of program management is required.Ability to facilitate interagency processes is needed Experience with UN and International Organization is desirable. Experience working with indigenous UNICEF population is an asset. Working knowledge of Microsoft Database will be an asset.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Desirables: Master’s degree in Human Rights, Education, Psychology, Law, International Relations, Social Work, Social Sciences, Anthropology, Communication, or another relevant field is an asset. Experience with international humanitarian law is desirable.
