REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in public health, social science, business, information technology or equivalent professional training.
Desirable: Master’sdegree in a discipline relevant such as social science to public health.
Experience
Essential: At least 5 years’ experience as Project Management Officer/Coordinator with development organization, public health, finance institution or comparable experience in the private sector.
Desirable: Demonstrable work experience of increasing involvement and responsibility in project management or in program management.
Skills
Demonstrated expertise in coordinating and managing initiatives across large international organizations; Demonstrate an understanding of the implementation of various digital health initiatives at both regional and national levels; Demonstrated ability to deliver on results for impact;Proven writing and communication skills;Proven interpersonal skills with ability to promote consensus, communicate progress and results, and resolve issues in a proactive manner, while ensuring effective work practices and ethics.

REMUNERATION
WHO salaries for staff in the Professional category are calculated in US dollars. The remuneration for the above position comprises an annual base salary starting at USD 64,121 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable), a variable post adjustment, which reflects the cost of living in a particular duty station, and currently amounts to USD 2901 per month for the duty station indicated above. Other benefits include 30 days of annual leave, allowances for dependent family members, home leave, and an education grant for dependent children.
