Home Based or Geneva UNEP Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) Internship for Regional Coordination and Membership

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Assist with the organization and coordination of events, meetings, elaboration of minutes, follow-ups, presentations, and other materials.
• Assist with the communications for events, webinars, trainings, and other key activities for the region.
• Assist with the rollout of the different regional projects in the region.
The Intern will be primarily assisting the Team in supporting the following activities
1) Supporting institutions review implementation
2) Engagement with European members for segmentation, community of practices and events
3) Membership activities (data analytics) This involves the coordination and communication with internal global teams, consultants in the region and other partners.

Qualifications/special skills
Applicants must at the time of application meet one of the following requirements:
a. Be enrolled in a graduate school programme (second university degree or equivalent, or higher);
b. Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor’s level or equivalent);
c. Have graduated with a university degree and, if selected, must commence the internship within a one-year period of graduation.

Languages
English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For this internship, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another UN Language is desirable.
