QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Education:
A University degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Sociology Or any other related field, attained from a recognized institution.
Experience:
At least three (3) years of relevant working experience in Human Resources management and development, customer service, administration gained from reputable organizations.Language: Fluent knowledge (proficiency/level C) of English and Somali language.
Other Knowledge and Skills Required:
The candidates’ potential, commitment, agility to learn and think strategically are very important for this role.Real interest in HR strategies
