The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of National Associate Movement Operations Officer (Field Support) in 2025. This role is crucial in facilitating the safe and efficient movement of persons in need of migration and humanitarian assistance. As a National Associate Movement Operations Officer, you will coordinate logistical operations, support field activities, and ensure compliance with IOM’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree in Political or Social Sciences, Migration Studies, International Relations, and/or Law, or related fields from an accredited academic institution; or,
- Bachelor’s degree in the above-mentioned fields with two years of professional working experience.
Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database.
Experience
- Prior Movement Operations experience, especially in IOM, is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of IOM’s Movement Operations program implementation and administrative, financial and business rules and practices is desirable.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with and lead a team.
- Demonstrated proficiency with IGator, MiMOSA, SAR and Amadeus.
- Excellent computer skills and a high level of proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications.
Languages
- Fluency in Thai and English is required (oral and written).
- Working Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish) is an advantage.
