Consultancy Opportunities: UNIDO National Quality Infrastructure Expert 2025.

We are excited to announce consultancy opportunities for a UNIDO National Quality Infrastructure Expert in 2025. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality and standards of products and services within national frameworks. As an expert, you will provide technical guidance and support to strengthen quality infrastructure, ensuring compliance with international standards and fostering economic growth.

MINIMUM ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Advanced degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or other relevant disciplines is required.

  • Technical and Functional Experience:
    • At least 5 years’ experience in National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) and institutional reform is required.
    • Strong experience in coordinating technical assistance activities in the field of NQI is required.
    • Good knowledge of issues related to national quality policies, accreditation, conformity assessment and market surveillance is required.

  • Good knowledge of ISO standards and their implementation in CABs is required.
  • Strong experience in supervising contractors, trainers and technical experts in the field of Quality Infrastructure is required.
  • Good communication skills to effectively communicate with project stakeholders is required.

Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
