MINIMUM ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Advanced degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or other relevant disciplines is required.
- Technical and Functional Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) and institutional reform is required.
- Strong experience in coordinating technical assistance activities in the field of NQI is required.
- Good knowledge of issues related to national quality policies, accreditation, conformity assessment and market surveillance is required.
- Good knowledge of ISO standards and their implementation in CABs is required.
- Strong experience in supervising contractors, trainers and technical experts in the field of Quality Infrastructure is required.
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with project stakeholders is required.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
