2. Purpose and Scope of Assignment
The Associate PSP Officer (AI Developer) will play a pivotal role in enhancing the analytical capabilities of the Global Analyst Team within the Private Sector Partnerships Service (PSP).
This position is dedicated to developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize fundraising strategies, improve data-driven decision-making, and support the overall mission of the UNHCR in protecting and assisting refugees, forcibly displaced communities, and stateless individuals.
Monitoring and Progress Controls
The Associate PSP Officer will regularly meet with the Business Analyst Officer, focusing on clear, agreed-upon goals, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). These KPIs and OKRs will be set during the initial meeting and onboarding phase and reviewed in brief weekly check-ins.
Qualifications and Experience
A. Education
The right candidate holds at least a bachelor’s degree in fields like math, statistics, computer science, business administration and other relevant fields.
B. Work Experience
– Minimum of 3 years (2 years for master’s degree holder) of relevant working experience.
– Utilized cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Vertex AI) and tools for model development, training, and deployment.
