Global Corporate Solutions
Reporting to the Managing Director and World Bank Chief Administrative Officer, the Global Corporate Solutions (GCS) department provides a broad range of shared corporate services that are needed for the effective functioning and mission of the WBG to include: Corporate Security; Corporate Real Estate & Facilities and Corporate Services. 

Corporate Security

Corporate Security (GCSSC) is responsible for the strategic security program that empowers the WBG to carry out its business worldwide. The division’s mission is to support global operations by employing risk mitigation strategies and promoting the principle of a shared responsibility for security and safety. 

Role Overview
Would you like to influence security operations across the globe in all countries where we operate? We are looking for a sharp thinker to join Corporate Security’s Threat and Risk Analysis team to help support well-informed decision making by providing early warning of threats and risks in locations where the WBG operates, analyzing security threats and trends, coordinating the Security Risk Management process, and framing security issues to facilitate decision making.

Responsibilities
Security Risk Management 
• Continuously identify and monitor developments that may affect staff safety and security, and provide timely, relevant reporting of key events and trends;
• Integrate information developed by field-based Country Security Specialists and Regional Senior Security Specialists.

Selection Criteria

• A master’s degree plus five years’ experience is required, preferably in a foreign area study, international relations, political science, national security studies or security policy studies. A bachelor’s degree combined with 7+ years of analytic experience may be accepted in lieu of the master’s degree.
