BACKGROUND
Purpose of Activity/ Assignment:
UNICEF aims to achieve its Knowledge Management (KM) vision of becoming a knowledge organization—an organization that systematically uses evidence and learns from experience to achieve its goals more effectively and is seen as a knowledge leader and broker for children externally.
Scope of Work:
Under the close supervision of the Knowledge Management Manager, the consultant will:
1. Prepare a project initiation document after consulting and discussing with relevant teams, including the ICT Division, GSSC Internal Communications and Staff Engagement Section in DGCA, on the following:
a. User requirements specifications
b. Technical feasibility (eg, interoperability and integration of systems)

Qualifications
Education:
Advance University degree (Masters) in Knowledge Management, Business Management, Information Systems, Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science and other related disciplines
Work experience:
Knowledge/Expertise/Skills required:
• Three (3) year experience in systems design and development using Sharepoint
• Experience in business requirements identification
• Experience in User experience (UX) design
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:
Completed profile in UNICEF’s e-Recruitment system and
– Upload copy of academic credentials
– Financial proposal that will include/ reflect :
o the costs per each deliverable and the total lump-sum for the whole assignment (in US$) to undertake the terms of reference.
