Located in Nairobi, Kenya, UNOPS East and Southern Africa Multi Country Office (ESAMCO) manages a growing portfolio of engagements, including associated strategic and operational risks.
About the Position
Under the direct supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Associate – Learning and Development ensures high quality of work as well as accurate, timely and proper service delivery. He/She applies a client oriented approach with attention to details and in line with rules and regulations.
Key Results Expected:
- Support to Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Activity Administration.
- Learning Help-Desk and Operations Support
- Payment and Procurement Support
. Payment and Procurement Support:
- Under close guidance of the supervisor, assist in preparing documents, registering suppliers in OneUNOPS, and creating requisitions and purchase orders (PO).
Education:
- Secondary School Certificate is required;
- First University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or equivalent disciplines is desirable with 1 year experience is an added advantage and may substitute some of the required years of experience.

Experience:
- Minimum of six (6) years professional experience in an international and/or national organization in providing HR services is required with Secondary School Certificate is required .
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of another official UNOPS language is an asset.
