Background
The Millenium Development Goals and national efforts to advance the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development remain unfinished work. Therefore, UNDP Indonesia Country Program 2021-2025 partners with the Government of Indonesia.
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will report to the HEART Cluster Lead who will be the primary supervisor of the incumbent. Enclosed org chart for reference as annex to this TOR.
Under guidance of the HEART Cluster Lead, s/he will be responsible for the following task in supporting:
Provision of high-quality advisory support on human right and gender focusing on the following results:
- Effective technical assistance for Human Right and Gender related program to The Global Fund Principal Recipients. Technical Assistance in increasing knowledge and capacity of GF Principal Recipients that responsible in CSS HR (Community System Strengthening in Human Rights) implementation.
Facilitate knowledge and capacity building, knowledge sharing
- Organize training, workshops, and capacity building activities in a consultative manner, involving technical experts and stakeholders that may include the government, private sector, NGOs, donors, and/or academia.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
- Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Psychology, Gender Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related field is required.
