REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A first-level degree in Social Sciences/Business Administration/Management and any other related discipline.

Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of programs and projects, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
2. Data Management: Compile, organize, and maintain project data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
3. Research Assistance: Conduct research on relevant topics, providing summaries and reports to support program development and decision-making.
4. Communication Facilitation: Assist in drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
5. Event Coordination: Support the organization of workshops, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, participant coordination, and material preparation.
6. Monitoring and Evaluation: Help monitor project progress and outcomes, collecting data and feedback to contribute to evaluation processes.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
