As the Fleet Manager, you will oversee all aspects of fleet management, including vehicle procurement, maintenance, and logistics, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing fleet performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of WHO’s humanitarian and health initiatives. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Essential: First-level university degree in engineering, mechanics or a relevant field. For WHO staff only,equivalent combination of professional certification/training in areas such as transport, logistics operations management and work experience.
Desirable: Advanced university degree in engineering, mechanics or a relevant field.
Experience
Essential: Two years experience in managing fleet logistics operations in humanitarian situations in developing countries and/or experience in fleet management operations in military, commercial or UN agencies, NGOs or international organizations/institutions.
Desirable: Experience working in UN system country offices.

Skills
Degree in transport, logistics operations management or other relevant field Experience in fleet or transport management or logistics Knowledge and effective use of fundamental management concepts, practices, and procedures relative to quality and productivity improvements, training, budgeting and cost control. Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

REMUNERATION
Remuneration comprises an annual base salary starting at USD 38,776 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
