In a world where forced displacement has reached unprecedented levels, the ability to communicate, advocate, and mobilize support is more critical than ever. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the UN Refugee Agency, plays a central role in protecting and assisting people who have been forced to flee due to conflict, persecution, or violence.

Behind every humanitarian intervention is a strong external relations function that ensures partnerships are nurtured, donor confidence is maintained, and the voices of displaced communities are heard.
