Women@Dior & UNESCO Mentorship Program 2026 – A Transformative Opportunity for Young Women
Christian Dior’s legacy is rooted in creativity, empowerment, and the belief that every woman carries a unique dream within her. Today, that vision continues through the Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program, an international initiative dedicated to nurturing the next generation of female leaders.
Applications for the 2026 cycle are open from November 26 to December 31, 2025 (11:59 PM Paris Time), offering young women worldwide an extraordinary chance to grow academically, professionally, and personally.
Launched in 2017, the program has already supported over 2,800 young women from more than 60 countries, representing almost 90 nationalities. Built on the values of transmission, creativity, and sustainable impact, Women@Dior & UNESCO equips participants with the skills and vision needed to shape responsible leadership in today’s evolving world.
A Unique Global Mentorship Experience
At the heart of the program lies personalized mentorship, connecting each Mentee with a dedicated Dior Mentor drawn from the Maison’s global community of 13,500 talents. These mentors guide participants as they navigate early career ambitions, expand their networks, and gain clarity on their professional journeys. Each pairing is thoughtfully curated to foster compatibility, shared goals, and meaningful collaboration.
Beyond mentorship, the program offers access to the Women@Dior & UNESCO Education Platform, an exclusive online hub featuring over 16 courses led by top professors and high-level guest speakers. Topics range from Self-Care & Self-Awareness to Creativity, Inclusion, Autonomy, and Sustainable Development. These learning pathways encourage Mentees to develop a holistic understanding of leadership while equipping them with tools that support both personal and professional growth.
Participants also benefit from the Inspiring Interview Series, where leaders from Dior, UNESCO, LVMH, and other global institutions discuss themes such as gender equity, diversity, and the future of leadership. These interviews broaden participants’ perspectives while deepening their understanding of global issues affecting women.
Dream for Change: Turning Vision into Impact
A highlight of the program is the Dream for Change Project, in which Mentees collaborate in small groups to design and propose a concrete initiative that empowers women and girls. With guidance from mentors and insights from the learning modules, participants develop solutions addressing real-world challenges. This project not only strengthens entrepreneurial and leadership skills but also fosters a sense of social responsibility and collective empowerment.
Sisterhood is a core pillar of Women@Dior & UNESCO. Throughout the year, the program hosts online and in-person events that celebrate the power of community, collaboration, and shared ambition. This sense of belonging continues long after the program ends, giving alumnae lifelong connections and networks.
