The Driver & Operational Clerk plays a dual role by:
- Providing safe and reliable transportation services
- Supporting logistics, administration, and basic finance operations
This ensures smooth daily operations within the UNFPA Djibouti Country Office.
???? Key Responsibilities
1. Driving Services
- Safely transport UN staff and official visitors
- Deliver and collect official documents and mail
- Pick up visitors from the airport and assist with formalities
- Follow UN security and local traffic regulations
2. Vehicle Management
- Perform daily vehicle cleaning and maintenance
- Conduct routine mechanical checks
- Maintain vehicle logbooks and fuel records
- Ensure all vehicle documentation is valid
- Coordinate repairs and servicing
3. Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and missions
- Support logistics for medical product arrivals
- Handle errands with banks, suppliers, and authorities
- Manage inventory and office assets
- File and archive documents properly
4. Basic Financial Support
- Collect invoices and financial documents
- Assist staff with basic financial tasks

Education
- Minimum: High School Certificate
Work Experience
- At least 3 years of driving experience
